The Pledge of Allegiance, translated

This video was brought to my attention by two of Ohio's most outspoken secessionists. To those who think we owe allegiance to the flag, it will be very offensive --- but I thought it was hilarious and spoke the truth.

Amen and Amen. The pledge was instituted by a defrocked Baptist/Socialist minister who wanted to indoctrinate children that we were "one nation" and "indivisible" rather than a Republic of Republics as envisioned by the Founders.

The Pledge of Allegiance was written in 1892 by Francis Bellamy (1855–1931), who was a Baptist minister, a Christian socialist, and the cousin of socialist utopian novelist Edward Bellamy.
