The Ohio Senate State and Local Government and Veterans' Affairs Committee will meet on Tuesday at 10 am to hold hearings for proponents, opponents, and interested parties to Ohio's state sovereignty resolution SCR13. My source indicates that there is a good chance the resolution will be voted on Tuesday, and there is a good chance of passage.
If you haven't done so already, contact the committee members to register your support for SCR13, and write Senate President Bill Harris to get the resolution on to the Senate floor. One easy way to do this is by using the Ohio Freedom Alliance's State Legislative Action Mailer (SLAM).

According to trusted sources of The Liberty Voice, the Resolution for Ohio’s State Sovereignty, SCR-13 has opened the door for public testimony at the South Hearing Room of the Statehouse at 10 a.m. Proponents of both sides are encouraged to attend the hearing and speak up for what they believe.
For those in defense of the US Constitution, the Tenth Amendment sums up the position of those for the resolution:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
I contacted the chairman's office last week (Sen. Hughes) - they said if you want to offer testimony come a bit early, check in w/ the clerk, and have 35 copies of your speech to hand out to the committee and others in the room.
Michigan's Senate just passed their sovereignty bill unanimously, 33-0!!!
what exactly is the state sovereignty resolution? Is it just something saying if the USA gets out of control we'll succeed because we already have that right with or without the bill
