Do you have one that accounts for the inflation in the same agencies that previously existed?

I mean, it's clear that both Bush and Obama are the reasons we are rather screwed, but if the agencies costs have skyrocketed (not due to new benefits, rather, because of inflation or an aging workforce), I think a skewed chart would be more fair...

(also, just to point out, Clinton is the only one who never touched the red... makes you think when the only 'fiscally responsible' president was one of the dems)
