Related: The threats if it didn't pass apparently included bankers telling business clients to call their congressmen and threaten layoffs if they didn't vote yes because their credit lines would supposedly be cut off.
I'm all for an Ohio Republic that cedes the Northeast quadrant to PA.
Being a Canton native, I have a few reservations about ceding it to Pennsylvania... (even though historically, Canton, like Youngstown, was settled largely by Pennsylvanians and has a large minority of Steelers fans).
